Welcome to Paris Flooring (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (www.paris-flooring.com) or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

    • “Client”: Any person or entity engaging our services.

    • “Services”: Microcement installation, consultation, or related offerings.

    • “Materials”: Products like Topciment® microcement used in projects.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a contact form, scheduling a consultation, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.


4. Service Terms

4.1 Project Scope

    • Services are provided as described in your signed proposal.

    • Changes to scope require written approval and may adjust costs/timelines.

4.2 Timelines

    • Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed due to material delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees

    • A 50% deposit is required to book projects.

    • Final payment is due upon project completion.

5.2 Late Payments

    • Unpaid balances accrue interest at 1.5% monthly (18% annually).

5.3 Taxes

    • Clients are responsible for sales tax or permit fees unless otherwise stated.


6. Intellectual Property

    • All designs, mockups, and project plans remain our property until full payment.

    • Clients may not replicate or share proprietary techniques without written consent.


7. Client Responsibilities

    • Provide safe, accessible worksites.

    • Secure HOA/building permits if required.


8. Limitations of Liability

    • We are not liable for:
        • Pre-existing structural issues uncovered during projects.

        • Damages from improper maintenance post-installation.

    • Total liability is limited to the project’s total cost.


9. Warranties

    • 10-year warranty on residential microcement installations (excludes cracks from settling or improper care).

    • Warranties are void if non-approved cleaners or modifications are used.


10. Termination

    • We may terminate services for non-payment, safety concerns, or Client breach of terms.

    • Clients may cancel with written notice but forfeit deposits if work has begun.

11. Dispute Resolution

    • Disputes will be resolved through mediation in Hallandale Beach, FL.

    • If mediation fails, claims will be filed in Broward County courts.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida state laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site/services constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the rest remain valid.
